  • Selected the best suitable solution for all laboratories and specifics of each laboratory Based on the data capturing opportunities, designed data analytics product: product strategy, personas, use cases and user stories, functional detailed specifications

Client Industry: Environmental laboratory Scope: 1 laboratory, serving 2000 samples a day Challenges: design of the laboratory processes based on best practices and construction plan.
