What was done:
- Defined all the processes for laboratory management depending on the sample types, processing, tests and tests methods. All the processes have been defined based on the design of the laboratory, considering different areas and equipment
- Definition of all quality management processes to ensure that laboratory meets requirements of ISO 17025
- Translated processes into use cases and user stories for evaluation of the LIMS vendors
- Evaluated vendors based on the responses and demonstrations to verify compliance with requirements
